General Manager and Co-Owner, Marc Antoine is from Southern France and he has worked in dining for over 20 years. After opening French Kiss in the Grove, Marc-Antoine is proud to delight you in this new and improved French Kiss Bistro!
Gérard shares ownership of the Born in Marseilles, he has traveled throughout France and the French Caribbean Islands for over 30 years, bringing his restaurant business talent to a variety of audiences, including now Coral Gables Miami.
Chef Alain Grégoire, a re-known French Chef has over 20 years of experience in French dining. Chef Grégoire is always full of new ideas and incorporates spontaneity, incredible creativity and impressive talents in the kitchen. He is known for his exquisite "French Onion Soup" which our guests have described as: "A Meal in its own". He is also known for his desserts and of course his "Creme Brulee" "The best creme of any French bistro in town"
